Graphics Print Production Specialist

Location: Hamilton Indianapolis

The Print Production Specialist contributes to Graphic Production by performing a variety of graphic and print tasks throughout the department.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Enter new orders, gathering additional information when needed.
  • Prefight of customer graphic files.
  • Email print-ready PDF layouts to customers for approval. Make changes to artwork if requested.
  • Prep files for approved outsourcing, and outsource Portable/Modular jobs.
  • Help other areas as needed with layouts, large format printing, vinyl cutting, finishing, etc.
  • Ensure exceptional quality of graphics produced by performing multiple checks.
  • Keep jobs up-to-date at all times. Send GFX Complete email when a job is completed.
  • Entering materials used are entered into Virtual Ticket for each job.
  • Estimate and order replacement parts.
  • Inventory control.

SKILLS + EXPERIENCE:

  • Must have working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
  • Experience working with large format graphics is a plus.
  • Must be able to handle multiple projects with strict deadlines.
  • Must be extremely detail-oriented and well organized.
  • Is proactive, and works efficiently and accurately under pressure.
  • Works with others as part of a team.
  • Must be available to work overtime as needed.



Experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist

Location: Hamilton Indianapolis

The Accounts Receivable Clerk contributes to the company’s financial viability by performing a variety of accounting-related functions to assist in the efficient performance of the accounting department. Work must be performed in an accurate and timely manner.

This position reports directly to the Accounting Manager. Performance is evaluated based on fulfilling the responsibilities of the position, participating as part of the Accounting team, and working with other company employees in a positive manner.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create draft A/R invoices and ensure proper sales tax is charged
  • Review final A/R invoices
  • Process credit and debit memos as required
  • Process credit card payments
  • Process daily deposits from client receivables
  • Creates storage invoices
  • Answer Receptionist overflow calls
  • Provide Receptionist relief for breaks and lunch
  • Other duties as assigned

Project Engineer / Trade Show Construction Detailer

Location: Hamilton Indianapolis

Join the exciting world of trade shows and events! We are seeking a strong Trade Show Construction Detailer / Project Engineer to join our team!
Using 3D CAD programs, the Trade Show Construction Detailer / Project Engineer transforms design concepts into accurate, detailed construction drawings in the custom trade show and events industry. The drawings are used for construction, set-up and assembly, documentation, and reference.

You will work directly with our Craftspeople and Project Managers to ensure understanding of the project and needs within the drawings.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Produce complete scaled working drawings per Hamilton standards and client needs.
  • Assist in specifying material, hardware, electrical/lighting specifications, building techniques in accordance with customer requirements, design intent, and estimated price.
  • Perform mathematical calculations, geometry.
  • Assist with R&D to ensure most current available products are utilized.
  • Keep appropriate record of materials specified for future reference and to ensure project meets the estimate.
  • Assist in maintaining job manifest and keeping spec book up-to-date.
  • Participate in design and product meetings, as well as client and company project discussions.

SKILLS + EXPERIENCE:

  • Must have 3D Modeling experience and be proficient with AutoCAD programs.
  • Preferred two years of post-secondary education with a minimum high school education.
  • Minimum two years’ previous experience in a related field with a construction background.
  • Possesses skilled understanding of drafting, engineering, and construction techniques.
  • Demonstrates problem solving skills, math skills, and mechanical ability.
  • Accuracy and detail-oriented, self-directed and able to prioritize in order to meet time-sensitive deadlines.
  • Effective interpersonal communications skills including listening, providing feedback for clarification, and negotiation.
  • Able to work effectively as part of a team.
  • During our busy seasons, this position can work a considerable amount of overtime.



Craftsperson

Location: Hamilton Indianapolis

Here's your chance to use your creative construction ideas! Position available for a trade show craftsman with experience in carpentry, cabinetry or woodmaking. Our craftsman will be responsible for constructing, erecting, installing and repairing some incredible designs for trade show exhibits! Starting salary is based on experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Construct and repair trade show exhibits.
  • Use project management skills, following each step through to timely completion in order to meet deadlines.
  • Determine materials needs, check available stock, and order as appropriate.
  • Use appropriate tools for measuring, cutting, shaping and assembling a variety of materials.
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment, complying with all rules and regulations.

SKILLS + EXPERIENCE:

  • Some experience required in cabinetry, carpentry, industry trade school, or a combination of education and work experience, with a working knowledge of basic construction. We will teach you the rest!
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine specifications and materials required.
  • Working knowledge and experience using hand and power tools.
  • Must be able to handle multiple projects with strict deadlines.
  • Must be extremely detail-oriented and well-organized to meet high quality standards.
  • Is proactive, and works efficiently and accurately under pressure.

Warehouse

Location: Hamilton Indianapolis

Not Your Ordinary Warehouse Job! Attitude is everything! We are seeking Warehouse superstars to become part of our team! This is not your ordinary warehouse position - there's no pick-n-pull here! Work independently building exhibits and verifying inbound and outbound shipments.

Hamilton designs, builds and installs trade show exhibits and permanent exhibit displays. We need members of our Warehouse team to take on the responsibility for making sure our clients' products are inventoried, packed, sealed, and delivered with care!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintaining our client's property to ensure proper care during set-up and transportation. Ensure that the final product observes the company's high-quality standards.
  • Follow established procedures for inbound shipments, checking for defects, missing parts, and any other inconsistencies with the shipment. Documents and sends any damaged parts for repair.
  • Follow established procedures for outbound shipments making sure all necessary parts and equipment are included and properly packed to eliminate or limit any damage during shipment.
  • Set up displays in our on-site Gallery according to assembly blueprints to ensure preparedness and for client viewings. This will include responsibilities such as examining connections for correct fit, fastening parts, hanging graphics, setting walls, and laying carpet as examples.

SKILLS + EXPERIENCE:

  • Preferred candidates will have trade show experience.
  • An eye for the details and the ability to quality inspect is essential.
  • A well-qualified applicant will be mechanically inclined, able to use electric and hand tools, and capable of climbing ladders at heights of up to 14 feet.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple and conflicting priorities.
  • Work well with others as part of a team.
  • Must be hard-working and exhibit a strong work ethic.
  • Work efficiently and suggests process changes to improve efficiency.
