Courtney Soice joined Hamilton in 2017, bringing over a decade of marketing and engagement strategy experience to the team. Soice oversees and manages all marketing initiatives across the company, including strategic marketing planning, brand development and awareness, demand generation, print and digital advertising, sales support, public relations, SEO, and competitive bid efforts. As the Chief Marketing Officer, Soice will play a crucial role in supporting the company's overall direction.
Josh Halpern has acquired extensive industry experience and led event strategy for multiple major global companies during his 12-year tenure at Hamilton. In addition to managing leading Hamilton clients, Halpern has assumed the role of Director – Business Development, focusing on implementing client strategies and company initiatives with current clients and prospects.

With over 12 years of experience as a Human Resources professional, Sarah Sparks has spent her career focused on employee engagement, strategic business alignment, diversity, equity and inclusion practices, and recruitment. Sparks brings a strong passion for employee engagement, connecting with team members, and further developing an understanding of what motivates them to help achieve the company’s goals. As Director – Human Resources, Sparks is devoted to making a difference for team members and employers.
