Challenge

CNC Cabinetry, known for its expertly crafted kitchen cabinets, countertops, and bathroom vanities, partnered with Hamilton to reintroduce the brand at the 2025 Kitchen & Bath Industry Show (KBIS). The objective was to reestablish CNC as a leader and trendsetter in the kitchen and bath industry, showcase their full product range, and innovative capabilities.

Approach

The design focused on creating a gallery-like experience, immersing attendees in CNC Cabinetry. It was divided into product areas, each offering visitors a unique visualization of how CNC products could transform living spaces. By incorporating tailored lighting, faux ceilings, and greenery, the spaces conveyed the essence of real-life functionality and design, providing a welcoming and inspiring atmosphere. A "Vibe Room" was designed to reveal CNC’s latest innovation. This invite-only space created exclusivity and served as a key highlight of the space. A cabinet art installation was a show-stopping sculptural centerpiece to emphasize craftsmanship. Attendees engaged with interactive stations within each vignette, offering opportunities to learn about the brand and products. The design embraced an open yet secluded environment, immersing attendees in the experience.

Results

CNC’s experience at KBIS successfully communicated their brand message and stood out as a trendsetter in design and functionality. The space exceeded expectations with a 52% conversion rate, an average repeat engagement rate of 3.6 visits, and an average dwell time of 14 minutes. On average, visitors engaged with 74% of the experience, visiting 2.21 zones. CNC Cabinetry reaffirmed its position as an industry leader while building meaningful connections.
