Challenge
To celebrate Oasis’s 30-year reunion tour, Warner Music Group wanted a mobile experience that immersed fans in the band’s legacy. The experience needed to showcase authentic memorabilia, including guitars, handwritten lyrics, awards, and clothing, within a secure, museum-quality environment that could safely tour across North America while offering a premium experience for VIP fans.
Approach
Hamilton partnered with MRA and The Department to create an immersive 800–850 sq. ft. expandable trailer that served as the Oasis Live ’25 Mobile Experience. The environment was brought to life as a traveling museum, an intimate, story-driven experience that brought the band’s history to life through sound, visuals, and authentic memorabilia. Hamilton engineered custom artifact mounts tailored to each piece, ensuring both security and pristine visual presentation, while maintaining an elevated, gallery-like aesthetic. The band’s story came to life through archival footage, music, and graphics, complemented by listening stations. Two photo opportunities allowed fans to capture their visit, further personalizing the experience. Drawing inspiration from the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame and the band’s devoted global fanbase, the experience blended nostalgia with modern craftsmanship to create an intimate, emotionally charged journey.
Results
Managed by MRA, the Oasis Live ’25 mobile experience successfully toured nine North American concert stops, engaging approximately 1,000 VIP fans at each location. Guests consistently described the experience as emotional, nostalgic, and unforgettable, leaving with a renewed connection to the band’s legacy. The project not only celebrated three decades of Oasis’s influence but also demonstrated how experiential storytelling can deepen artist-fan relationships in powerful, measurable ways. The collaboration between Hamilton, MRA, and The Department resulted in flawless execution that exceeded client expectations.
