Challenge

Rehab Industries, a network of companies including Rehab Medical, Cork Medical, and Forza Commercial Real Estate, hosts an annual conference in Downtown Indianapolis designed to bring together 700+ employees for education, alignment, and celebration. The 2025 event carried the theme “Scaling New Heights” and had multiple objectives: provide professional development, reinforce company values, and celebrate achievements. In addition to educational programming, Rehab wanted to elevate its signature Sales Awards Banquet and enhance its employee appreciation party. Hamilton was challenged to organize an event that not only ran seamlessly but also reflected the organization’s culture and values while delivering memorable experiences for attendees.

Approach

Hamilton partnered with Rehab Industries to plan and manage every aspect of the two-day conference held at the Westin Indianapolis, focusing on flawless execution and memorable attendee experiences. Daytime sessions featured education expos, vendor presentations, sales trainings, operations and sales meetings, and training workshops designed to align teams and encourage professional growth.

Evening programming highlighted two key moments. On the first night, Hamilton supported the Sales Awards Banquet at Crane Bay Event Center, creating a setting that celebrated top performers with sophistication and energy. The second evening featured a full-venue buyout of Punch Bowl Social, where employees came together for a lively night of karaoke, bowling, arcade games, and more. In contrast to the day’s structured programming, this event offered a relaxed, celebratory atmosphere that allowed employees to unwind and connect. As an appreciation event, it underscored Rehab Industries’ commitment to giving back to its team.

Results

The annual conference exceeded the client’s expectations, running smoothly and on schedule throughout the two days. More than 900+ employees attended the closing celebration at Punch Bowl Social, underscoring the success of the event as both a professional gathering and a cultural milestone. Feedback from attendees praised the seamless organization, engaging programming, and thoughtful execution.
