Challenge

Rolls Royce sought to create an engaging and functional exhibit for AFA's 2024 Air, Space, and Cyber Conference, a prominent event dedicated to advancing air and space power. They needed a space that met three key goals: offer comfortable, air-conditioned meeting rooms for customer discussions, display their engine model prominently, and showcase their latest innovations.

Approach

Hamilton implemented a strategic design that seamlessly blended functionality with sophistication. The exhibit's architecture was a standout feature, leveraging height and large branded signs to draw attention while adding dimension to the structure. The wood accents and greenery brought warmth and vibrancy to the space. An interactive touchscreen allowed attendees to explore Rolls Royce’s extensive portfolio of products in detail. Casual conversation areas were designed to encourage informal interactions, while two air-conditioned meeting rooms offered a comfortable setting for private discussions. Rolls Royce's signature blue was thoughtfully incorporated to highlight key elements of the space, such as the custom hospitality station and the engine.

Results

The exhibit successfully achieved its goals, standing out among the competition at the AFA show. It provided an inviting yet professional atmosphere, drawing attendees to explore Rolls Royce’s innovations in comfort. With its striking design and thoughtful layout, the exhibit solidified Rolls Royce's presence at the event, facilitating meaningful customer interactions while leaving a lasting impression among both attendees and competitors.
