Challenge

Schoox is a learning management software (LMS) company that helps organizations train, engage, and develop employees. After a recent rebrand, Schoox aimed to align their event presence with their dynamic, refreshed identity. Schoox partnered with Hamilton to showcase their new brand at the 2023 ATD International Conference & EXPO. The Association for Talent Development (ATD) annual conference is the largest event for training and development practitioners. For ATD 2023, Schoox sought an exhibit solution that would create a “wow” factor by using their brand’s brilliant, updated look and feel and their “people-first” philosophy, making learning and development simple, fun, and rewarding.

Approach

On the heels of a rebrand, the exhibit design needed to bring Schoox's new personality to life through whimsical and unique architecture. The exhibit design had to be remarkable, unconventional, and eye-catching, utilizing their bold color palette with various shades of purple and pink accents. Schoox's exhibit needed to convey that they make learning magical with a platform that empowers people to learn and work from anywhere. Hamilton wanted to create an immersive Schoox experience that allowed attendees to embark on a journey of self-discovery without any external distractions from the surrounding tradeshow hall. The space featured dazzling and captivating elements such as neon purple and pink lights, digital screens, and large lifestyle images of people learning in the workplace. After attendees were drawn into the exhibit, they could explore kiosks, like the one on “self-discovery,” and various lounge areas. Within the exhibit, multiple demonstration areas offered brand ambassadors the opportunity to showcase Schoox product offerings, while the lounge areas allowed for more casual client conversations. The exhibit promoted Schoox as the pioneer of the industry's only “Mobile First” platform.

Results

Attendees were drawn to the dynamic and welcoming Schoox exhibit, which featured engaging, playful, and educational videos and demonstrations. Schoox’s retention and client satisfaction rate is over 90% following ATD 2023. Schoox experienced a boost in lead capture and the overall number of in-booth product demonstrations performed. Hamilton's partnership with Schoox helped them achieve their goals, significantly increasing brand awareness after the event.
