The Children’s Museum of Indianapolis is the largest children’s museum in the world, drawing in over a million visitors each year. In 2023, the museum planned to showcase a new year-long exhibit inviting visitors to explore “Sacred Places” from around the world.

Immersive, Hands-On Environments Designed to Inspire Exploration
Hamilton's team collaborated with the Indianapolis Children's Museum to bring their design content to life through engineering, fabrication, graphics, and outbound services of the environmental displays. The exhibit showcased how people connect to faith and spirituality across cultures, bringing the world to Indianapolis for museum visitors to explore.
Results
Meaningful, High-Impact Experiences That Spark Curiosity and Learning
The "Sacred Places" exhibit continues to be a popular attraction among Indiana residents and those who travel across the country to visit Indianapolis's renowned Children's Museum. The exhibit will travel to four other US museums after closing in Indianapolis, allowing visitors to continue exploring sacred sites and objects from around the world.
